pela L&#8217;Initiative &#8211; Expertise France, apoiou o Programa Nacional de Controlo da Tuberculose (PNLT) da Costa do Marfim na organiza\u00e7\u00e3o de um Workshop Nacional sobre algoritmos de decis\u00e3o terap\u00eautica (TDAs) para a tuberculose infantil, em colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com o Programa PACCI e a Universidade de Bord\u00e9us.<\/p>\n\n<p>Este workshop reuniu 41 participantes, incluindo representantes do Minist\u00e9rio da Sa\u00fade, Higiene P\u00fablica e Cobertura Universal de Sa\u00fade (Costa do Marfim), funcion\u00e1rios de sa\u00fade provinciais e distritais, m\u00e9dicos, enfermeiros de instala\u00e7\u00f5es prim\u00e1rias, secund\u00e1rias e terci\u00e1rias, bem como representantes de ONGs e da sociedade civil.<\/p>\n\n<p>As sess\u00f5es plen\u00e1rias centraram-se em:<br\/>&#8211; TDAs para a tuberculose infantil, incluindo os 2 TDAs sugeridos pela OMS, os algoritmos PAANTHER e SAM,<br\/>&#8211; Introdu\u00e7\u00e3o de regimes de tratamento mais curtos para a tuberculose pedi\u00e1trica,<br\/>&#8211; Ferramentas digitais destinadas a apoiar a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de TDAs<br\/>&#8211; Os objetivos operacionais e cient\u00edficos do projeto eHealth4ChildTB<\/p>\n\n<p>Sess\u00f5es de trabalho em grupo com os seguintes objetivos:<br\/>&#8211; identificar potenciais barreiras e facilitadores para as TDAs e ferramentas digitais implementadas a n\u00edvel descentralizado e propor solu\u00e7\u00f5es adaptadas localmente;<br\/>&#8211; identificar estrat\u00e9gias e opera\u00e7\u00f5es para validar a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o e discutir as modalidades de implementa\u00e7\u00e3o das TDAs e ferramentas digitais nos distritos.<\/p>\n\n<p>Este workshop marcou um passo crucial no envolvimento das principais partes interessadas na introdu\u00e7\u00e3o das TDAs na Costa do Marfim.<\/p>\n\n<p>Foi validada uma abordagem abrangente baseada na TDA, foram propostas estrat\u00e9gias de implementa\u00e7\u00e3o e foram aprovadas recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es para a condu\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto e sua avalia\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n<p>Os pr\u00f3ximos passos importantes ser\u00e3o:<br\/>&#8211; a defini\u00e7\u00e3o do programa de forma\u00e7\u00e3o para profissionais de sa\u00fade, supervisores e mentores<br\/>&#8211; a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de inqu\u00e9ritos pr\u00e9-interven\u00e7\u00e3o para descrever os contextos locais e fornecer dados de refer\u00eancia que ser\u00e3o utilizados para produzir resultados de impacto.<\/p>\n\n<p>A implementa\u00e7\u00e3o das TDAs e das ferramentas digitais est\u00e1 prevista para antes
