Le nouveau projet eHealth4ChildTB, mis en \u0153uvre en C\u00f4te d’Ivoire et au Mozambique, vise \u00e0 renforcer l’acc\u00e8s des enfants au diagnostic et au traitement de la tuberculose (TB) gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la d\u00e9centralisation des services du Programme national de lutte contre la tuberculose (PNLT) vers les \u00e9tablissements de sant\u00e9 au niveau des districts et des soins de sant\u00e9 primaires, qui sont renforc\u00e9s par le d\u00e9veloppement et la mise en \u0153uvre d’outils num\u00e9riques innovants.<\/p>\n\n

eHealth4ChildTB d\u00e9veloppera et int\u00e9grera des outils num\u00e9riques innovants, tels que des dossiers m\u00e9dicaux \u00e9lectroniques connect\u00e9s \u00e0 DHIS2, des syst\u00e8mes d’aide \u00e0 la d\u00e9cision clinique, des outils num\u00e9riques pour la supervision et le mentorat clinique par les \u00e9quipes du PNCT, et la d\u00e9tection assist\u00e9e par ordinateur pour l’interpr\u00e9tation des radiographies thoraciques afin de renforcer la prise en charge de la tuberculose.<\/p>\n\n

Ces outils sont sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7us pour faciliter la mise en \u0153uvre d’algorithmes d\u00e9cisionnels th\u00e9rapeutiques (ADT) pour le diagnostic de la tuberculose chez les enfants.\n– Nous nous engageons \u00e0 renforcer les syst\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 nationaux et \u00e0 veiller \u00e0 ce qu’aucun enfant ne soit laiss\u00e9 pour compte dans la lutte contre la tuberculose. \n– Nous INVESTISSONS dans des approches innovantes qui renforcent les capacit\u00e9s des professionnels de sant\u00e9 de premi\u00e8re ligne et am\u00e9liorent leur aptitude \u00e0 diagnostiquer et \u00e0 traiter efficacement la tuberculose.\n– Nous fournissons des solutions num\u00e9riques de pointe, telles que des syst\u00e8mes d’aide \u00e0 la d\u00e9cision clinique et la d\u00e9tection assist\u00e9e par ordinateur pour l’interpr\u00e9tation des radiographies thoraciques, rendant le diagnostic de la tuberculose plus rapide, plus pr\u00e9cis et accessible \u00e0 tous.<\/p>\n\n

Aujourd’hui plus que jamais, nous devons agir.Avec la suspension du financement de l’aide internationale am\u00e9ricaine, la communaut\u00e9 #GlobalHealth est confront\u00e9e \u00e0 un d\u00e9fi majeur. Il est essentiel de soutenir les programmes nationaux et de renforcer les services d\u00e9centralis\u00e9s de lutte contre la tuberculose.Les outils num\u00e9riques peuvent contribuer \u00e0 combler le foss\u00e9, en garantissant un acc\u00e8s continu \u00e0 des diagnostics et des traitements vitaux malgr\u00e9 la p\u00e9nurie de main-d’\u0153uvre. <\/p>\n\n
