Assessing the Usability of Digital Tools in Côte d’Ivoire

From 13 to 31 July 2026, teams from the University of Bordeaux and IT-PACCI conducted a joint mission in the three eHealth4ChildTB project districts in Côte d’Ivoire: Agboville, Abengourou and Sassandra.

The objective? To collect initial feedback and experiences from healthcare professionals using the digital tools deployed in health facilities, in order to assess their usability under real-world conditions.

Following the data collection, a working session was organised to analyse the feedback and suggestions gathered.

Overall, the tools were well received by healthcare professionals, who also identified several areas for improvement.

This feedback represents an important step towards adapting the tools to users’ needs and guiding improvements to be incorporated into future versions.
